Great insurance brokerage! they offer life, health, auto, and other business needs. Amazing customer service especially the agent I worked with Adham Abouseada. He is very knowledgeable and has clear communication on what insurance is and the best way I can be protected.

Iconic Insurance: Anything but Iconic Service
I'm writing this review with a heavy heart and a lingering sense of frustration. If I could give Iconic Insurance zero stars, I would. My experience with their customer service was nothing short of abysmal.

Here's a snapshot of my woes:

Long wait times: Reaching a human representative felt like attempting to climb Mount Everest.
Unprofessional and rude agents: When I finally managed to connect with a representative, they were anything but friendly. Their tone was short, dismissive, and they seemed genuinely disinterested in resolving my query.
Inefficiency and lack of knowledge: The agents were either poorly trained or simply incompetent. They stumbled through my questions, providing inaccurate and unhelpful information.
Unresolved issues: Despite repeated attempts, my issue remains unresolved. I'm left feeling lost, frustrated, and completely unsupported.
Iconic Insurance promises "peace of mind," but all they delivered was stress and aggravation. Their customer service is a disgrace to the industry. If you value your time, sanity, and money, avoid Iconic Insurance like the plague.

Would I recommend them? Absolutely not. Not even to my worst enemy.
