First off let me state that we moved from out of state. When many other companies would not work with us because we were out of state, Icon worked with us to find a way to get us back here and close to family. We looked for over a year and finally found Icon and I am so grateful that we did.

Our agent Bonnie truly went above and beyond to get us into our home. She was always available to answer any questions I had and no matter how many times I messaged her she responded quickly with the answers I needed. She was more than amazing, she is truly phenomenal!

The application process and the signing of the lease was smooth and easy. Although we initially only did a video walk through the place is above our expectations! We love it!!! As soon as we walked through the doors we felt at home.

I highly recommend Icon to anyone and everyone! Moving is quite stressful, especially when you are moving from state to state. Bonnie and Icon made it so easy to find our new home and for that we are truly grateful.

After our landlord sold our house, we began working with this company and it has been such a relief …because they always take care of my maintenance requests! Shanna has been more then once helpful for us when needed. thank you guys ! We have lived here five years.

I suggest you find another rental property to rent from. Icon is horrible for keeping up with maintenance. They have bad customer service on the telephone. My son‘s been living in an icon property with the mold and trees growing out of his basement water problems, and Shannon wants to get smart with me on the phone because I’m addressing the issues Bad customer service! I suggest Shannon get a new job not talking on the phone or with customers and last, but not least, they deleted all of his work orders that he put in to get his stuff repaired!! Icon you don’t deserve to manage any type of property

ICON mgmt just bought the property where I live & I couldn't b more happy.
Repairs are dealt with ASAP & I have no problem getting in touch with them.
Portal easy to use for rent payments etc.

I would discourage anyone from signing a lease with Icon Property Management. From a simple maintenance request taking over 3 months to get any attention, to my lease non renewal being put on the neighbors door. They don't even know the door of the property they manage. But shines the light on their poor attention to detail.

As a current tenant at one of icons properties in ne ohio i can easily say they try to do bare minimum

Maintenance is very 50/50 at best and very much lacking in responsibility and have current noise disturbances that are not handled with the care they should and this isn't a 1 person issue regarding icon but a whole facility issue with improper care and effort towards there tenants

If dealing 1 on 1 situations may be better but living in one of their multi unit buildings they certainly do not show the care they should show to us tenants....

Zero stars if I could. Would not recommend working for this place, have fun getting paid every 3 weeks for a lousy check, they say every 2 weeks but you don’t get paid till the 3rd Friday when it should be Monday. Also very unprofessional renovation team, watch out for sticky fingers cause they’ll get ya when not looking. They deleted my review hilarious,

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I signed a lease but never moved in because I found out the home has lead paint (strike one) and I have kids under 5. Whom by law cannot live in a home with lead paint even if it “was painted over several times” as I was told. The home had a mice and roach infestation strike 2 and 3. They said this was an easy fix but this would be an ongoing issue plus it’s a duplex no telling what the next door had going on. I’m buying all new furniture and it would have been ruined by these issues. Shawna the manager of the home told me the landlord is not willing to release me from my lease and is going to continue charging me rent until they find another tenant. No one in their right mind is going to rent that infested dirty home. Please see the homes you rent more than once before signing and paying. I was only able to see the home once because the lady showing had a busy schedule. I will rather take my chances in court than to move my children in a nasty home that can cause them health issues. Please stay clear of this place I wish I read the reviews before giving them my money. $2100 down the drain I’m a single mother this is not ok. You guys should be ashamed of yourself! Do better business! Just a few photos saving the rest for court!
