They took over for us in October and I signed up for automatic payments. January I receive a “1st notice” stating I owe a payment (did not state which) , late fee and interest. When I spoke with them they said it was for October and they weren’t charging late fees or interest until this year. So they purposely (which they disclosed to another homeowner) that they waited to let people know. Very unethical! If they would have told us before we would have easily paid. Do not recommend!

Your communication has been fantastic, all maintenance issues were fixed very quickly and you are the most professional agency. Renting through your agency has been an absolute breeze, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your services to friends and family.

My clients have been waiting since April!!! to get approval and Mary N at Southshore Madeley HOA is just drowning in applications. "40 applications" I wish I could share the conversation (all of our calls are recorded) she is so nasty- but I get it Shes overworked or doesn't know how to handle pressure so being nasty to the people on the phone is what she resorts to. Icon Managment do better. Learn how to train your employees or get them additional help.

Nothing is getting done. They ignore resident work orders. Horrible landscape maintenance. Yards are not watered and full of weeds. Grass is mowed to short, scalp your yard, run into bushes and damage poles.

I recently moved into my new community which is managed by this firm and I would like to shine a special light on one of the community association managers, Ryan Klosko, for great customer service and people skills. I accidently messed up by not providing my vehicle and contact information to enter the community resulting in me getting locked out of the community at 10PM. Trying my luck I contacted Ryan at 10PM and he responded quickly and resolved my issue, but his dedication did not stop there he went the extra mile to provide me with my vehicle decal immediately so I would have no further issues. I also noticed while exiting the community even though it's actively being constructed he was giving his best efforts to tidy up. Ryan certainly cares about individuals within and for the Savannah Lakes Community.

I would like to nominate Gran Paradiso’s Activities Director Lorraine Welch. Since she’s joined us we’ve had so much fun, she’s amazing, personable and a genuinely lovely person!! Here’s a couple of pictures from the many fun events she’s organized. We played Family Feud, had a 50’s Dance, a Hawaiian Luau night, Friday outdoor movie night and so many other great activities that we’ve never had before! She’s the best!! We’re all so blessed and thankful she’s here!!

Chef Stephen Bush and Sous Chef Sean Dillon have shown incredible flexibility and creativeness to keep up with the standards of service their members require and not allowing even a pandemic to bring down their spirits!
