I've been with Huwel Insurance Group for close to a year and have had no occasion to file a claim but enjoyed meeting with Brian. He was able to quote me a very reasonable cost for my home owners, auto, and umbrella liability policies. I was having some trouble getting a new quote for an older home that was under contract. Even though the wiring was updated and up to NEA code, there were still a few small sections of active knob and tube connecting light switches. It seems a lot of insurance companies are starting to become way sensitive to this form of wiring. I was referred to Brian Grady of Huwel by my realtor and it was an outstanding referral.

Brian got me a quote with a fantastic price in roughly a day, but he didn't stop there. A day later, he kept working to get me a second quote from a company that thought would be a better fit. The second quote was bundled with auto, but I wasn't ready to switch my auto yet. Within a few hours, he redid that quote and got it to me just in time for a Wed afternoon deadline. That week I was also getting quotes from two other agents and Brian blew them out of the water by being fastest to respond and not missing details.

I don't expect people to work after hours since I know how important it is to keep a work life balance. When I e-mailed Brian one evening around 10 pm, I told him it was ok to just wait until morning, but he still responded to work on the issue that night. I was in a pretty big rush that week to get these quotes and Brian really came through for me. If he's that good when he's being rushed, then he can probably do wonders given more time. I strongly recommend you give Brian Grady and Huwel a chance if you're in the market for insurance.
