Yeah decent experience. I was here a few months back and exchanged some money for 40$ in half dollars but I got shorted 50 cents per roll. 2$ isn’t a ton of money to be shorted but it’s a bit frustrating for sure.

Please be super careful if you go here to deposit or withdraw cash. I’ve had it happen twice now that a teller did not count my money correctly. Both times they were $100 off and nearly shorted me that much. The first time they didn’t believe me and told me they’d call me if they find any extra money unaccounted for. They were very snooty and rude even though I remained calm and I was just dumbfounded and confused not mean. Thankfully they ended up calling after close when they ‘found’ my money. The second time I went to exchange smaller bills for larger and they tried to give me $100 less than I had. The teller wasn’t rude that time and believed me when I said they weren’t right. To have this happen once was upsetting but a second time was a big red flag and now I don’t trust this branch at all. I’m worried this was done purposefully and the teller was going to keep my money for themself. Honestly I’m paranoid they could somehow retaliate after seeing this and steal my money?! Huntington on the other side of Medina has always been accurate and kind. I will just go there so I hopefully don’t have to find a different bank. (Business owner- no I don’t know the teller’s name)

An alright banking experience if you go inside but their ATM is outright TRASH!

I’ve had issues depositing money into my account via the ATM time and time again.

Quit monkeying around Huntington and fix your ATM, sheeeeshh

I love huntington. My whole family switched to them 5 yrs ago. We even have business accounts. Never an issue. There 24 hr grace is awesome. You can download there app and transfer money into accounts without your name being on account. It goes in instantly with no charge.

Super slow and extremely unhelpful!!! Said that we had to speak with a senior banker to add a name onto an account when every other branch has a teller who can do it!!! The banker came over said be with you in one second and had since disappeared to God knows where!!! Tellers are clueless and fiancé and I are cashing out to go to another bank!!! Clearly dose not care about customer service or being helpful!!!! Safe yourself time and trouble and go elsewhere!!!!

Ashley is the greatest lady by far. I will NOT go to any other branch. I have attempted to go to other branches and the customer service has just been aweful each time.
No others compare to how great this location is. I would rate 10+ stars if I had the option!

Glad we waited 20 minutes for no one to help us. All we wanted was to open another account. There were 5 people in there doing nothing because it wasn't busy and no other customers were there. Absolutely terrible service. Going to another bank that actually wants our business.

I wish the ATM was a bit higher but other than that no complaints from me. I drive a fairly large SUV and am extremely short. I wish I could have watched the camera 😂😂😂
