For a few years I used them and John was excellent. In the tax year 2022 Rachel an obvious trainee, took over and raised the rates and could not provide the balance sheet for my companies. I don't understand how you can file tax information without balancing the books. For 20 years my accounting companies have provided journal entries to balance Quick Books for my records. When asked for the copies Rachel wanted to charge $100 an hour to go over the books again to provide the journal entries. I would not use this company again and would recommend others to get in writing what they are to receive from them.

They cost $250 an hour, so I expected good service.
For my first appointment (and only) the accountant left me waiting while she is gossipped.
She was dressed so poorly that I thought she was a customer walking around (old t-shirt and Walmart jeans).
I asked her a couple trick questions which I knew the answer to, and had THOROUGHLY resurched, and she answered incorrectly (to all of them).
I asked her about a couple very basic tax credits, to which she responded, "I don't know, or I've never heard of that so I'll have to look it up and get back to you".
If I'm paying you $250 an hour, you should be able to answer whether or not my detached garage is included in the square footage of my home! Etc, etc, etc....
