I have lived at lynnview ridge since 2016. But ever since this manager that runs all the huff properties here and this maintenance guy has been working here, i have had problems from the day they changed my locks, I have had property damaged and footage erased from my trail cam. Rabbit beding was pored in my dishwasher that was not like that before. I asked that a different maintenance guy could fix my appliances. becouse he makes me feel uncomfortable and didn't here nothing for months. The manager that runs all the properties told me the maintenance guy can come in my apartment anytime he wants. But that's not the law here in tennessee.

I applied for their brand new apts in Sevier County, Tennessee. Being disabled on SSDI income with severe medical conditions. I paid the $25 application fee explained to them that I was subjected to 15 Data Breaches since 2015 and 2 identity thefts. I found out through the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau that the three credit bureaus have been reporting incorrect information on our credit reports that should have never been on there and only has to do with credit or installment loans or mortgages that's it and they've been reporting everything on there and ruining People's Credit and this company rejected my application. According to HUD and the Fair Housing Act I believe they cannot hold credit against someone that has a severe medical condition and is on disability permanently and they're supposed to have so many units available for emergency purposes and I believe they're in compliance with the federal laws because I've heard that Subway has been bringing over people from Jamaica to work in the franchise that they own here in Tennessee and somehow they are bumping these Jamaicans in front of the line and I heard that they're getting Apartments before the people on the waiting list now how could that be if Subway is not doing something to pay off this management company and giving the money to get these people in and holding Apartments which is Italy ago cuz they're foreigners and they're not citizens of this country and I'm just over it and so I will have to file a lawsuit against them for discrimination. And by doing that they will lose their section 42 and they won't have low housing. And that is going by the federal laws which no one likes to follow.

Everything was fine until I started calling them out on their employees. I advise you to have a camera in your unit when they do inspection. Their maintenance team has stolen from tenants and has went thru our things before. We lost a remote to my daughter’s tv months ago. We came home from a track meet one day and it was on the arm of my couch. They have been caught by my elderly neighbor going in her son’s room looking in his closet. Once I called them out she started tagging my 2nd car with a tow sticker cause of a flat tire. I could go on & on but I’ll just say be careful renting from greedy snakes & KEEP ALL OF YOUR RENT RECEIPTS!!!!!!!!

Think renting from this company is bad, try being a vendor. They do not like to pay for the work and it takes months to receive payment, when they do pay. I'm in the process of filing a small claim against the company. Wish I could find others they have duped so others can join in. This company has been the worst by far. Many lawsuits waiting to happen (tenants) and I'll be there to support those with the information that I have. No joke, and I'm requesting compensation for all of my out of pocket expenses including attorney fees if needed. Nothing professional about these people running the company. I'll keep you all informed. #WatchMe!!! I need my money just like they demand theirs. And yes you better watch the office staff because I've heard from several tenants here in TN that they've tried to get their housing voucher taken by making false claims against tenants. Always keep your receipts, date & time when you speak to the employees.

Huff management is not fair with clients, must be just money hungry , got denied for apartment because my credit report, i have no credit history, dont use a credit card , only debt i have is medical and thats around $1000. Haven’t missed a rent payment or even been late for over 30 years with two different landlords , bought 3 cars , never missed a payment, but my credit history is not up to there standards so my family is about to be homeless, and i was applying at a low income apartment because I m retired, but that dont matter as long as they make money!!!

I’m only giving 1 star so I can post. This management company is HORRIBLE!!!! I’m a single mom and have done everything they asked of me to get moved in. They have stringed me along for several months and now say I make too much money. I called to ask the income amount and they refuse to tell me. I’m located in Dahlonega Ga.

I rented an apartment for almost 6 years. When i moved in there were several damages and i asked multiple times for someone to fix them. Some were fixed after a month of me being there some i had to fix others were not fixed until my 5th year of being there. I only got $56 of my $342 deposit for reasons unknown. I will be looking into legal options to get back what i feel is owed to me for the damages i had to repair and time i spent waiting for others to be fixed. One of them being tile i cut my foot open on more than once.

If I could do less than half a star I would!! I moved out of Wimberly Apartments before February 1st, after living there for 2 years never being late on rent, was told that I would receive my deposit back within 30 days, being that it's going its going on 60 plus days of moving I am very angry with the company there self. The property manager is being helpful and messaging the company but not getting any answers. During a time like this in the world you would think people like this could get it together.
