I rented from Ralph Hudson 2 years ago. Ralph told me that multiple complaints from my neighbors I was being aggressive. I only know few people that lived close to me friends I never was aggressive they told me he was lying on me. Then one day my lady friend at my apartment waiting for me to get off work. Ralph Hudson thought nobody was home so he decided to walk into my home illegally there was no emergency for him to enter. To his surprise he was met by my lady friend his eyes got big he was shocked because he was busted entering illegally. He attempted to search my apartment reasoning don't know my lady friend told him he had no legal bases to enter he then left. Ralph Hudson thought I was still under lease although I told Mr. Hudson my lease was expired and to check his file to see I stood correct and that I would be leave at the time of that conversation the lease had been expired few days. After I contacted legal aid asking about Arkansas laws on property owners entering renters place of dwelling they told me they cannot legally enter unless fire flood etc.. in which none of which had happened. I wondered why he couldn't come in when he know I was there and reason is because he know he would be illegally entering period lol
