Always finds me the best price for my insurance and works with me if I have any late payments. The insurance reps are nice & helpful....BUT their receptionist is short, disrespectful and wants ZERO to do with greeting or helping customers. Period.
I just dropped $550.00 on insurance and asked for some copies (because I NEEDED them!) and she actually raised her voice at me and asked WHY I needed them? Excuse me?!
Not that I owed her ANY explanation but once I told her what I needed them for she was impatient, LOUD and said; "Well I guess I'll have to go to the back and copy them for you so it will be a while because I'm in the middle of something". :/
There was NO ONE there and NO ONE on the phones. My sister & I were literally the ONLY two customers in there. Smh.
Being completely over her rudeness & attitude I told her she was in the wrong business because she was obviously NOT a people person and thanked her for being so rude and left.
We then took an extra trip to Office Max to make copies.
Seriously?! Copies were that much of an inconvenience? What exactly does this ladies job entail?

Glad im done with this place people in the back are good people will help u out.. But the lady up front... I'll leave it at that im not renewing with the insurance company I have through them.. On to the next and will never look back!!
