They are quick to reply when I have any issues and make sure I’m getting the best premiums. Update- After reaching out to the owner, Greg Horsham, I was promptly called back. He was able to hear my issue and work to address it. He apologized for the way my situation was handled. Over the past few weeks, Mr. Horsham has been extremely helpful. He emails back quickly, he follows up and follow through when he commits to a task. He has been a stark difference from my previous experience with Rhonda. As I said, in my original review, I’ve always been happy with my Erie Insurance. I now also recommend using Greg Horsham to get insurance through. He has been fantastic to deal with. Thanks for all your help, Greg!

Original review- I highly recommend finding another Erie location. Although Erie is great insurance this agency is far from. Rhonda is the worst agent I’ve ever come in to contact with. Not only is she rude but totally unprofessional. Find another Erie agent. It will save you a ton of stress.
