This company is really the most ridiculous property manager I have ever used so far. The rent deposit to my bank account was always late, even though tenant paid in time every month and we agreed by contract that rent deposit should be done before a certain date each month. You really wonder what exactly you are paying them for. And sometimes, they can simply 'forget' to deposit your rent, can you imagine!!! But they never "forget" to charge you their property management fees in time each month! This company is just a real joke! If you use them, you may as well just collect the rent yourself, because you literally have to chase them for your rents every month anyway.

Homewood is probably the only legitimate property management company in Henderson & Las Vegas. The other companies are just realtors trying to manage properties, Homewood specializes in managing rentals.
