I’ve rented from them for about 8 years now and I absolutely loved it when Brandy worked there now in the last year and a half someone new is in the office and she’s rude she won’t put work orders in my fridge and dishwasher had been broken for over a year before someone had to come make them fix it smh I hate to move because I love my home but it’s definitely becoming not worth the headache and especially for what’s being asked for rent. They absolutely need someone new who cares about the tenants and their job running the front desk I’m truly disappointed in how quickly it’s gone downhill

I would NEVER recommend renting through this company. Ever since Brandy left this company has went straight down hill. Whoever the new woman is that took Brandy's place is the absolute worst. They need to make some changes with their employee that works the desk in the office. This company has turned into one of the last places I would want to rent from. I'm pretty sure most of the good reviews are from when Brandy worked there.

Tina was very easy to work with. She responded to my inquiry about an apartment immediately. She was very responsive with scheduling a tour of the apartment and was able to answer most of my questions. I rented the apartment from her!

Misleading. They advertise a security deposit. Then on move in day in small print the lease states a non refundable move in fee. It was explained this fee is to prepare the apartment for move in. Is that not standard practice? Why charge me for paint? Not to mention there were dead roaches from day one and a mice issue the entire time I lived here. Yes they work with you if you have credit issues but i wouldn't recommend. I'm out 950 for a fake security deposit.

I am super dissatisfied in the service we received. I’m not sure about anyone else who works here but Brandi gives this company a bad name. She’s definitely not professional and far from organized. When you have customers searching for a place to live, you should have a bit of empathy and give them All information necessary in order for the application to be approved. This lady Didn’t even mention the EXACT reason why the application wasn’t accepted. She’s just so weird, luckily I found a Good realtor who actually cares & told us there was an Electricity bill in collections that showed up in background. I just felt so much Disrespect coming from Brandi. I really dislike her attitude. She should be fired. Like ....... Get it together girl.

I could give zero stars I would. When I first met Brandi she was very helpful and nice. After moving in she changed her whole demeanor towards me for absolutely no reason. She charged me for trash as a fire hazard on my balcony when everyone else keeps their trash there until it’s trash day. She never sent anyone to fix my Ac vent that was leaking, didn’t put a lock on the back doors for safety purposes, didn’t fix my mailbox it was wide open and didn’t fix my doorbell neither. Very difficult, rude and judge mental people who tell your business to other tenants. UNPROFESSIONAL TO THE MAX!

They are my (now ex, because someone bought our building) landlord and I truly want to praise them for how they've made their properties so nice to live here. They've gone out of their way to make sure that I can stay here and I'm extremely grateful for that. Check 'em out and just know any place you see, they'll want 3x that for your income. 👍 Lovely places for it tho! 🌹 Tell Tina the crazy lady said hello! 😁

I have been renting with Home Path for 6 months and so far they have been awesome! I have had to call in a couple of work orders and they have been very prompt about sending someone out! They are friendly when you call and other than that they leave you alone!! Much better than my last place for sure!!
