After a 18 year run with a great CPA who retired, I then had an extremely unpleasant 15 month experience with Melanie Hirsch. Promising to complete work and then not, lots and lots of excuses and employees turning over, three office moves in a 15 month period as well as incredibly poor communication. When I finally extricated myself and found another CPA, I had to amend two corporate and two personal tax years returns due to errors from Hirsch. I have owned my business for 20+ years and have never encountered this level of unprofessionalism and lack of integrity... RUN from this firm!

I’m a business owner. I’m only spending my time writing this review because we had an absolutely horrific experience with Hirsch CPA Tax Consultants.

Melanie may be qualified to do your taxes but she is not qualified to be running this company. A CPA should be professional and always act in a fiduciary manner. Melanie was not professional and did not take a fiduciary interest in our Company.

She hosted our quickbooks and shutdown access with no warning or demand. This in effect shut our business down for 3 weeks. Had to hire a lawyer to get this resolved with Melanie.

I have never had a worse experience with any company much less a CPA
