I found Mr. Highley about 2 years after my trusted CPA of almost 50 years, retired. When unavailable or busy with other clients, they are quick to return calls. On May 24, 2024, I contacted Highley Sydney H CPA to inquire about their services for my business taxes. During the call, the accountant was extremely rude and dismissive. They refused to assist with my business taxes without providing a clear reason. This unprofessional behavior caused significant stress and delayed my tax preparation process. As a business owner, I expect a certain level of professionalism and courtesy, which was severely lacking in this interaction. I would not recommend Highley Sydney H CPA to others seeking professional and respectful service.

I have been with this firm since 2021. I have been very pleased with the work that they have done for me. If they have questions, they ask right away and then move forward with my filings. If I have questions, the get right back to me. I had no idea how to handle
my taxes after my husband died and I was left with different accounts

We've been working with Syd for several years for tax planning purposes. Have always been impressed with his professionalism, expertise, and congeniality. Syd has been very proactive with us over the past few years of tax law fluctuations (tax code changes, stimulus payments, etc.), even taking the time to meet with us mid-year to adjust our tax planning if needed. His recommendations have also led us to our trust attorney and our financial advisor, so his professional network is one more value add should one retain his services.
