Things started off Ok working with Rick Dumas. It would just take a long time to get our taxes done. But one time I asked some questions and I gave some feedback about the entire process in a positive manner. And Rick went off and started yelling at me on the phone which was extremely unprofessional. I know during tax season things come up and it’s a stressful time but you should not take out your frustrations on your customers. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
