Absolute SCAM! Inquired about my tax return, then uploaded my documents into their portal. No response or communication from them for nearly 2 weeks!! Due to the complete lack of communication I filed somewhere else. About 2 days after I filed with someone else, they respond and mention that my email went to spam, and that they had ALREADY prepped my return. When I responded that i already filed, they said it didn’t matter and that I owe them for the work they did. There was NO indication that uploading documents was consent for service. Their complete lack of communication and professionalism is insane.
