If I could give them no stars I would. Our closing was last year and things went smooth the first 30 minutes. Then we were told our funding hadn't arrived which I knew was impossible since he sent it the day before. Got my lender on the phone and the girl doing the closing starts arguing with us that the money isn't there. She tells us to leave and have breakfast. We have movers on the way, so that wasn't an option. Finally our lender got on the phone with her boss and low and behold she find the momey in 2 minutes. We wait 10 more minutes and our closer throws our new home bookpm the table and says "have a nice day" as rudely as possible. No congratulations, nothing. It took 3 hours to close when it shoild have taken 45 minutes.

I am completely disgusted with how Heritage has handled our transfer of Water! Heritage left us with a past due balance to the point of services being shut off and has no problem with transferring that debt onto first time homebuyers.
