This is by far was the worst experience ever. I came in early for my 12:20 figure print appointment and was ignored by Both ladies in the building there was no one but us three in the whole building and i waited over 30 min before anyone spoke to me after asking them is there anyone here for fingerprinting. the lady closes to the door told me to sit and someone would see me but literally it was as me, her and another lady. i actually had to leave after sitting and waiting for 30 min while being the only customer there. They Are a complete disaster.

I don’t reviews but today… the energy I received… I had to. I came here to get finger printed. Upon entry no one speaks or acknowledges there is a customer in the building. They talk at you while looking at their computer. No professionalism. They have terrible customer service. I believe Stephanie D. was my clerk who helped me. In conclusion Rude, and no professionalism don’t spend your hard earned money where people are rude and don’t appreciate you patronizing their business.

I was referee here by my mom who had Insurance with them, they have very reasonable rates for car insurance, the only thing is the fact that that it's hard to get somebody on the damn phone!!
