My experience was great with Allstate. My claim process was slightly longer than it should have been, but I understand due to my vehicle being a motorcycle rather than a car, which calls for some different procedures. Once things were straightened out, within a week or so, we had all reached a solution. I was especially happy with Brandon Coffey, as he was dedicated to making sure my policy didn't go longer than it needed to, and that I was reimbursed for the time the policy was not really in play. Every call I had with the call center was very polite and respectful. I would recommend Allstate for anyone insuring a motorcycle, and I'm sure insuring a car would be even easier.
