Our company uses Heartland Trust for our Simple IRA. In particular, Ethan Linder here in Fargo, ND, and he gives top notch service. His communication is thorough and quick. He responds with insightful answers and knows his stuff. He can explain it well to someone who doesn’t know anything about his industry though and bring them up to speed. He is kind and respectful. Ethan has always gone above and beyond for us. In the rollover process, he has worked hard to make the process quick and painless. Heartland Trust is a great company! When you choose them, pick Ethan Linder as your agent!! There isn’t anyone better there to work with!

Our companies 401k was with some big company that didn’t seam to know we existed. We move our 401k to Heartland Trust about 5 years ago, the transition was seamless. Brain and his team has helped our company out and made us feal like we were important to them. Whenever we have any questions for team at Heartland they are always responsive and have the answers to our questions. Would make the change to them again in a heartbeat.

Brian Halverson has no idea what he is doing. He said he could sell our dad's house, but he couldn't, we had to bring in a local real estate agent. He calls your stuff junk. He also verbally quoted me $1000 to sell some land, then when I asked for that on paper, he upped it to $2000. Then in the end, charged almost $4000. He does whatever he wants as trustee of a trust and doesn't inform the beneficiaries. WORST DECISION EVER to hire this company!!!

Would not recommend Heartland Trust Company. Lost trust with them after receiving a letter awhile back saying my information had been hacked. No one seemed to know what was going on. So glad I got my money out of there!!
