Dishonest company. Took advantage of military family that wasn’t able to be present for a move-out walkthrough. Numerous neighbors have had complaints. Would never recommend for anything. Mike is unpleasant, accusatory, and unknowledgeable about property maintenance. Being a licensed general contractor and having been a property owner with rental properties previously, I am familiar with his job. He does it poorly.

Only have been with this property management a few weeks ( only reason for 4 and not 5 stars) but so far they are great! Every where we have rented has always had sone crazy hoops to jump through for maintenance, but we put in a request this morning very easily and everything was fixed by this afternoon! They even let my dogs out for me, Which was awesome of them! We have 3 dogs so it has been difficult to rent with some properties... but they didnt even bat an eyelash when we told them! Keep up the good work! Id absolutely reccomend this company to rent from. Best so far and I've been renting in Colorado for 6 years!

The communication with this property management company is sub-par. They do want they want they don't care about what your needs or requests are as a renter. I have had to reach out to the owner of the home I am renting to discuss the treatment of the property management team and he was less than happy with the information I gave to him. There was a water leak coming from the sprinkler line and the management team came out to shut the water off, they never turned the water back on and now the new sod that was laid is dead. I had a fence installed and asked to have the crew come after the time of when my daughter was getting on the bus to leave for school and the management team could care less, they sent the crew at 7am. They do not care about the tenants who are paying to live in these properties, they do what they want when they want and speak to tenants as if they are less than. I would not recommend renting from this company.

I rented 3 years at the same location, when Hawk property management took over they would go in to my place with out letting me know they stopped after I told them I would take them to court. If you want to rent with them be aware that they will charge you every single little thing after you move out I ended up paying $1500 after i moved out because they had to replace everything new for their convenience. I rented other places before and this company is awful I don’t recommend it at all the staff is so rude and unprofessional as well!!

If you want to rent with them be aware they will keep your deposit and make BS excuses as to why they kept it. I ended up paying over $1500 after i moved. I’ve rented other places before and this company is awful I highly do not recommend workin with them all the staff is so rude and unprofessional!
