I would not recommend this business. In 2019, I had appointed Hankins as my agent, and they filed a notice with the IRS as such. But, I could NEVER get them on the phone again. I have just found out I have several years of back taxes for late filing and ALL the notices were for the past 5 years sent Hankins accounting, and they were never forwarded to me, nor did they cancel the representation agreement. I do not recommend anyone to use this business as its costing my thousands of dollars in back taxes. I had no idea that filing was still accurate.

I went to Mr. Hankins to have my personal taxes done. That was fine. While I was there, however, I mentioned that I was starting a new business and that I needed help with the taxes for it. I was told to set up an appointment for a consultation, which I did. I was told by Mr. Hankins that he would give me some tools to help me get started and to help me organize my business, along with helping me to take care of the tax forms. I came back in. He appeared confused about why I was there, and, when I told him what he had told me, said that he would file my business privilege tax form if I would email my paperwork indicating that I filed for an LLC, which I did the next day. Then... nothing. I waited a week and called and was told he would call me back. No return call. I waited a couple of more days and called, and he answered then and told me that he would look at my email and call me back. Nothing... It has now been about five weeks, and I have called numerous times and left numerous messages but have heard nothing from him. In the meantime, I am trying to learn how to file the business privilege tax form myself and just realized, that, due to the form being about three weeks late, I have a $50 fine. I would not use his services.
