Haven’t been able to run payroll IN OVER A YEAR because these people lost all of my logins to every single tax agency in Colorado. Awful experience, 1000% don’t recommend.

Absolute disappointment. I was part of the client group that was moved from the previous company to Hamilton, and it was quite possibly the worst transition I had ever experienced as a client. Even with the poor transition, I chose to stick with them to see how they handled taxes. There is no way to get a hold of anyone outside of a message within their portal - most messages took 5-7 days for just a response, and most of the time the response was, "We will look into this," rather than any kind of answer. Most recently, I had an issue with the IRS because they mishandled my quarterly taxes, and it took over TWO WEEKS to get any kind of response - and they took zero responsibility for the mishap. If you like talking to an actual human, or appreciate getting help with payroll or taxes, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Kayleigh and her team are always efficient, effective and easy to work with. Hanna has done my business taxes a few times and it is always a breeze. I ALMOST look forward to tax time knowing that they'll handle my returns and I don't have to worry about it.

Fantastic customer service and support. Kaleigh made sure to take the time to understand my unique situation and then made sure I understood my options. ​This was my first year working with Kaleigh and her colleagues for my taxes. The team at Canavan, Syddall and Associates is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and responsive.
