I’ve lived in my current residence for 7 years and it’s just that time to transition on. There’s some intimidation for me to be honest.

Both Audrey & the team seen me through it and never EVER skipped a beat. Nor did I feel like just a number. I can call and I’m not rushed off the phone. Very respectful and professional staff around the board. Just can’t make this stuff up! If you can remember the good ole days of true customer service; well stay right here because they never forgotten the importance of it nor how to deliver it.

So at first I was super excited to use Hamilton Insurance Group. They were once a different company that took over a company that my family loved and highly recommended so I gave them a shot. They gave me best quote and were super helpful finding what I specifically needed for homeowners insurance. BUT THEN it came down to finalizing the payment through my lender and the wrong invoice was sent and by the time closing came it was too late. When they were confronted about it, they blamed my lender. So I was sent back and forth between my lender and Hamilton Insurance group just to find out it was that Hamilton Insurance sent the wrong quote. I was told I would receive a follow up email to confirm the error and then didn’t hear back for 2 weeks. After several emails to check in, I still had not heard a response. I had to call into the office several times, leave a voicemail to the owner AND THEN I heard back. Like I said I was super excited to use them, but when it came to finalizing I was really let down.

Anyone I have talked to has been more than happy to help me with anything. Their team has amazing knowledge with very quick and informative responses. They have made me feel like I have been a customer with them for years. I am very happy with the customer service and services they provide.
