I have lived at Fox River Estates for 3 years now since they first opened and I have loved every second of it. Danie is an incredible property manager she makes it a pleasant experience anytime you need to email or go into the office. The apartments are nice and spacious, the apartments could use a little more storage space in my opinion but they are also apartments so I get it. The duplexes are very big and spacious. Everything is new and modern style inside and out. It's truly an incredible place to live and affordable! The maintenance man Randy is also incredible! We have created a nice small little neighborhood thanks to Hamilton Properties.

I have been living at Canyon Trails in Webb City ever since they have opened. Living here has been one of the best places we have lived. Our manager is super friendly and makes you feel welcome. If you need something or have a problem she is on top of trying to help you. They keep up on the maintenance, interior and exterior, grass stays mowed as well. Neighbors are friendly, we all watch out for everyone around here. Rent is reasonable for living in this great community! The tornado shelter (helps me and my family feel safe) and club house are also a great accommodations. I recommend if your looking for a great place to live come fill out an application at Canyon Trails in Webb City, you wont regret it.

I have lived in several apartment complexes over the years and Canyon Trails is by far the very best. We have wonderful response to any issues and wonderful upkeep. I love the size of the rooms and they are beautiful! The safe/tornado shelter makes me feel very secure. The Manager Jennifer is so nice and the owners are very fair. I have recommended to all my friends and family.

Fox River Estates is a wonderful place to live. I have been here for almost 3 years now. The grounds are always kept well taken care of. The Apts are beautiful inside and out. It is Kid friendly and pet friendly. Our manager Dani does a wonderful job, she is very friendly and makes everyone feel welcome. Always has a smile for you when you see her. The maintenance men are the same way. If you need them for anything they get right to it. I would highly recommend our community to everyone.

Roach paradise. Neighboring unit left like this for 2 months with management claiming they were addressing the issue... Then the sold the building with an active infestation. A neighboring unit was damaged by recent storms and they haven't even covered the roof ... Run away from anything Hamilton owned.

At first I loved Fox River Estates. But as time went on I really got to really know the staff and the apartment I live in. The apartments are nice and new. But they have some issues. My floors leak the glue they used to put the hardwood floor down. They barely have any storage in the bathrooms. Every time I call up at the office no one ever answers. When I email anyone it takes forever to get a reply back. The office hours aren't even true. They are never there during the times on the door. I feel that they pick and choose who they feel like they want to live here not by the requirements. I was also lead on to believe that I was going to be able to move to a duplex for over a year. Then to be told we can’t move into one.

The apartments at Fox River Estates are spacious, clean, and very nice. It’s a welcoming neighborhood, and it is a safe area to live in, especially since it is close to the police department. We have only had a couple minimal problems occurs, and the maintenance of the estate handled them promptly and efficiently. Overall, it is a pleasant place to live at.

Dannie, the manager, is amazing. She keeps this place very nice and solves any issues very quickly. The maintenance man does a great job and fixes everything in a timely manner. This complex is very kid friendly and we love the extra amenities it offers. Aldrich Creek Estates is a great place to live! I would recommend it to anyone,
