This is a great management company especially compared to most of the ones that are out there nowadays. I used to live in the Hagerstown City Park. Absolutely gorgeous and very spacious apartments. The building and landscaping are always kept nice. I personally think Shandi, Craig, and there was another lady that I can’t remember her name, but they’re all very professional, they definitely work with you, and they definitely get things done within a timely manner. Gene, the maintenance guy at the time was very hardworking, punctual, and I just hope he’s enjoying his retirement. I really miss renting from you all especially at Highland Ave. That apartment was perfect at the time! Take care and I wish you all the absolute best! Thank you for your professionalism and understanding!

Just recently moved in and so far everything has been excellent. Was on a very tight schedule trying to relocate for a new job and they were extremely helpful with the entire process. Honestly was shocked how fast they got me into a place. Welcomed my dog with open arms practically and that was awesome because he is family to me. I’ve used Hagerstown Property Management for my rental property for 10 years and have always enjoyed working with them! Craig and his staff are always professional and willing to share helpful knowledge and advice when I needed it. Wasted my time. I went to Waynesboro to look at a property. I spoke with Hagerstown Management, they mentioned it was available and told me I could move in as soon as two days.

I drive out after Taking the morning off work to look at the place. The guy let's me know it's already been rented. What a joke. I paid to apply to a house that wasn't for rent.

I was told even without landlord reference I could move in with a larger security deposit. If it had been rented inthe time since I should have been called.

I love where I live and I love the property management. They are always very helpful and always give you notices with plenty of time for maintenance and annual inspection. Mr. Craig is so helpful and kind every time he enters the property. Every time I call when I need to ask something in regards the property or for clarification Mrs Shandi solves it for me. I will definitely recommend Hagerstown Management Corporation 🙂

amazing management team I would rent from them again in a heartbeat if I needed to. They are very professional, they keep their properties in immaculate condition. when I moved in they made it extremely easy when I moved out, they were very pleasant and fair. I can’t say enough about how happy I am to be renting an apartment through Hagerstown Management Corp.

Staci, Shandi & Craig are such nice folks who seem to really care about their tenants. Whenever I call, I’m treated so kindly & respectfully. Shandi went out of her way to make my move-in experience go smoothly.
Her attention to every detail was amazing and awesome.

Repairs have been handled efficiently, professionally and quickly. I feel so fortunate to have this great company managing the property.

Run away, far away. Rented from them for a little over 4 years. Did so because of the property and the location. I regret only a couple things in life, but renting from these guys was one of them. Below is a list of issues I had in my 4 years renting from them:

1. The landlord they represent is one of the worst people I've had dealings with. Only in it for a check.
2. Be very careful with the lease. Read it thoroughly. I made multiple changes that needed addressed before signing. Be sure to not get in trouble because they will try to get you to commit to things by putting it in the lease.
3. Didn't repair multiple items during tenancy. I get it was during COVID, but still... items not fixed included the fire alarms, rotten wooden columns on the front porch, and rotten kitchen floor that the fridge was falling into.
4. Tried to get me to make repairs to the house. Don't EVER do this if you rent from them. If you screw it up, they will hold you accountable.
5. Landlord had a home insurance claim and I had a renters insurance claim because a bird built a nest in the furnace exhaust. This caused the house to be filled with smog, hence the insurance claims. Hagerstown Management disappeared during this event and I was left paying my insurance deductible even though it wasn't my fault at all. I tried to get the landlord to pay but yeah right...

I could list more but you get the picture. In the end, find somewhere else to rent from. Renting from Hagerstown Management isn't worth the risk...
