Filed my taxes on 01/31/2022 and today 09/02/2022 the IRS hasn't received anything. Very disappointed, just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I hired your company’s services to ensure my income tax return was completed correctly, error free, and in line with what is requested by the IRS and the CA State Board of Equalization. This is the first time I am having this situation because of a "PIN number” that the tax prepared did not ask for or mentioned, so it is obvious that the tax preparer did not follow all the necessary instructions to complete the forms. Plus my taxes almost 6 months later were mailed out without making any corrections. Thank you Karinna.
