Fast, efficient, and smooth experience. The lady that assisted me had a beautiful smile on the whole time, and she was honestly eager to assist the customers. I was greeted as soon as I stepped in the building and was expressed with gratitude as soon as I was handed my card. My card’s expiration date was this month and it was the first time that my new card was brought to me instead of over the counter. Although this small action might not be noticeable, it really makes a difference when there is the elongated front desk as a barrier between the employee and customer.

I don't have anything good to say this teller took my 300 I deposited into my account even gave me a receipt them after I get home and they are closing up she called and said I only gave her 200 that's a lie.. I gave her 300 she unauthorized took 100 out my account to fix whatever she messed up to begin with and lied on me and stole my 100 out my account never got a call back just took my money and they where closed and I couldn't get back up there in 10 mins before they shut the doors still haven't given me my money back she is a liar and a thief

I love doing business at the Prattville branch on Interstate Ct! Tesha is always so kind and respectful and processes my transactions quickly and always with a smile on her face. The drive thru here has got extremely slow. I use to sit 2 to 3mins just to deposit once I'm at the window, now I sit at least 7mins. I thought drive thru is suppose to be fast. I just doing a deposit, geesh!

Number 1James Myers is an excellent worker. I could not do the banking work I need to get accomplished if it wasn’t from James. No matter what problems I have had or what I need to get accomplished James has it completed in only seconds where it would take me hours, I thank God for his knowledge and willing to help. I know if anyone is ready or needs a promotion Mr. James Myers does. He has been the GREAT employee since day one!!!

While on vacation with my family, we stopped in with some questions regarding a specific transaction and Teesha was so sweet and kind. She treated us as if she's known us for years but was professional while being friendly. You can tell she loves her job and she's great at it. She needs a raise.
