I had the pleasure of speaking with Hailey Koster of State Farm. My current insurance was close to expiring and shopping/comparing around can be time consuming and stressful. Forgetting I set up a follow up call six months ago, Hailey contacted me and I was already impressed with the professionalism and charisma she brought to the phone call. Any question I asked was met with fast responses, quick wit, and experienced suggestions based on my current policy. As a former Manager within the telecommunications field, I was very impressed with Hailey's performance and work ethic. I was satisfied with the quote we set up and like a good neighbor, she will be there for me six months from now when I look forward to working with her again.
