A few years ago I found myself in a tough spot when my wife and I were moving back to AZ from CA. I was struggling to find an apartment for us in a short amount of time. I reached out to Green Management Group for help and spoke with Azia. She was kind and caring. She went above and beyond to find us the perfect place in the short time we had.
I have rented from Green Management Group for over 3 years now. They are quick to follow up with any issues I have. The online system they use allows me to easily manage all aspects of my rental, including monthly payments and maintenance requests. Every personal interaction that I've had with their staff has been professional - and yet they are warm and welcoming with each interaction.
Whether buying or selling, renting, or looking for property management, I would wholeheartedly recommend Green Group. In a time when customer service has become an afterthought for most companies, it's refreshing to find one that still cares about the individual customer.

I currently live in a home rented by green group. I have been here less than a year and the small inconveniences that add up make us feel like they have zero care for their tenants. We have had many calls left unanswered along with maintenance requests that have taken more than one visit to our home, because the job was not done correctly the first time. Our AC went out two days after a yearly check was performed on the unit, only for it to be out for a week. I had to be more than persistent for them to take it seriously.
We paid the $75 fee for a new key fob to the community pool only to be told it must have been lost in the mail and we would need to pay another $75 since it’s not their responsibility. We spoke with one person who told us to contact the HOA ourselves, just to be told by the HOA that we are not allowed to do so since green group is the named landlord. Confusing? Just a bit.
I myself work in property management, and the way we have been talked to and treated by certain staff members has left me feeling like we aren’t safe or secure under your management. I have read reviews on yelp, and here on google and it seems to be the trend of this company. I want to love this home and feel safe but instead I feel like we are a burden.

your response is invalid- you have not responded to anything in a timely manner unless we have called relentlessly, INCLUDING the AC repairs. No one offered a portable unit, or any sort of relief FOR ALMOST A WEEK (IN AUGUST!) until I was at my breaking point with my family, my food rotting, finding a place for my dog during the day. Why does it take me losing my temper for something to happen?
The HOA specifically said YOU have to contact them not us, for you to now be calling them and giving me a timeline is hilarious. I heard the way you spoke to my husband on the phone, unacceptable. I am at a loss, why can’t a family rent a home without fear that they won’t be heard by the company hired to maintain the property? We really just want peace here.

I do NOT recommend renting from Green Group/Keller Williams . Their agent Jaclyn was always friendly for showing and lease renewals but I can’t say the same for the rest of the staff. They come off rude in emails.
The “24 hour” maintenance line, a complete joke. It’s a 3rd party call center that just submits the request. So you still have to wait for normal business hours for the property manager to respond. The AC went out the hottest weekend of the year which was also a holiday so it took 24 hours to get a response and another day to get someone out to fix it. Understandably, the owner does have to approve repairs. But I had to accept a lease renewal of a $600/month increase. Was told several times that the roof was going to be replaced. One of the many contractors that did bids said the entire roof needs replaced not just shingles. He said he felt like he would fall through in a couple spots. Undoubtedly expensive. Yet the roof wasn’t replaced until I moved out. So you’re welcome next renter. My rent paid for your roof.
And last, refund deposits. You will barely get back what you paid. So I moved in after the last tenants were evicted. Jaclyn assured me it would be cleaned. Well it wasn’t and I spent money hiring a cleaner. I also have plenty of before pictures. I was told to hire a professional cleaner for move out. So I paid $150 to have the whole house deep cleaned. Only to be charged a $225 cleaning fee. So don’t waste your money to clean they’re going to charge you a cleaning fee regardless. Also charged $45 for a “clogged garbage disposal”which wasn’t clogged at move out. And $18 for an AC filter which I replaced the day I moved out AND left a new one in the hall closet.

When I was in my 20's I bought my first rental house. That was 50 years ago. Through the years I have moved around a bit but I always had a few rentals on the go. When the real estate market in Phoenix crashed in 2008 I knew I had to jump in and with the help of a realtor I knew I bought 4 nice units. Because I live in Canada I needed to use a property manager and unfortunately the property manager I picked turned out to be just like several others I had used in the past: poorly organized, repairs and maintenance poorly done but charged in full, minimal effort to find and select good tenants - the list of fundamental weaknesses went on and on. I realized something had to change. In 2011 after a thorough investigation I found Marcus Green. He was just getting started as a property manager but he impressed both my wife and me. Young, very solid ethics, hard worker, smart. Plus he was the kind of boss that could find and keep great staff. We have never looked back. Super service from a great team. I recommend the Green Group to any rental owner that needs a property manager in greater Phoenix.

I have always had a great experience with Alyssa in my rental as well as with company overall. I had the air conditioning and water heater break, and they were fixed immediately. I had great communication and service with the companies through which they contracted for my repairs I had minor requests with Alyssa within just 6 months into my lease, and she was helpful and resolved them. The front desk, Rachel, has always been pleasant and helpful. They have always acted professional. I have been very pleased with my relationship with Green Group during my lease.
