They are not licensed/registered with the state and thus can not apply fees/or leans in the state. The owner believes she is above all rules and if you began to question her will stop answering e-mails and phone calls. They have a habit of ending yearly meetings before properly being done with if they get upset. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend not using. They don’t keep track of what is in the community (she thought we had a pool and park for 2years, there’s only 87 homes).

The receptionist who answers the phone is very unprofessional! The rude tone and lack of knowledge is unbelievable! This is not a business you can count on!

This community management company is the worse. Unwilling to help, passing inquiries on to someone else without an answer. I continue to receive a certified letter notice for my husband who had a stroke and is uncommunicative, even with a copy of a power of attorney they still refuse to give me information regarding the letter so I can resolve the matter whatever it is.

Not friendly or helpful at all. Can't tell me what my HOA fees cover. Not dependable when it comes to getting our fee notices to our HOA on time and said they may raise our fees. Would not recommend!!

Greeley Community Management is an absolute joke of a company. There is no way to pay you HOA dues via an online portal, (who doesn’t offer a way to pay a bill online as a business is 2022) and they charge you a ā€œfeeā€ to pay over the phone. Up and above that, if you go to their office to pay your HOA dues, the employees won’t even get out of their office chairs or unlock the door to drop off your payment because they’re still using the COVID excuse years later.
We are new to our neighborhood and made our check out to ā€œGreeley Community Managementā€ instead of our Neighborhood so they tacked on a 75 dollar ā€œlate feeā€ sent by certified mail all of this after their office manager lied and said it would be taken care off with the Board. (which could’ve been prevented if they actually answered their phones, responded to emails, got out of their office chairs when residents come by to drop off a payment, or had an online payment portal, etc.) Most employees would loose their job with this sort of ā€œcustomer serviceā€. As you can see with the rest of their reviews, this sort of problem is nothing new and is a money making tactic backed by laziness and poor business management.

Lost our payment! Is now trying to charge us for a process server (that never came to our house) and a certified letter that was sent as regular mail, plus a late fee.
Any help from anyone that has had this problem would be greatly appreciated. Since my original plan of talking to them seems out of the question. Sine they don't answer phones, emails, snail mail, or even their office door.

Wish I could give zero. Was sent another bill plus late fee when payment was made awhile back. Like others said, what company has no way to do online payment and has office closed to public so you can’t get receipt when paying in cash. For all I know maybe your workers took the cash and tried to pass it off to homeowners lack of payment. I’ve had issue with them in the past and have documentation back up my claim with pictures and statements from their workers if they want me to post it.

This is the worse property management to manage an HOA community. Three years on zoom meetings so they can block a homeowners on questions. First to go into zoom in January 2023 and the property manager from GCM blocked me out from having a conversation at start of meeting. Dues gone up to $250 for first of year and they took $268. Cindi at GCM said I signed paperwork 4 years ago Asked why board members could not address this on zoom call to the 22 people attending. Of course she was rude and said she's not going to answer as I was rude asking.. so dues is $250 but they took $18 more for month of January. On zoom meeting they blocked a gentleman for questioning the board members. What a shame to deal with these people. Homeowners need to unite and get rid of the property manager and the dysfunctional board members that allow this to happen. I'm at the point to print flyers and address this to homeowners. Who's all on?
