I have had the pleasure of partnering with Graystone Property Management for the past 3 months, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their services. Absolutely dreadful communication and customer service since they took over management of the house I’m renting. For repairs, they’ll just send people over to our house and never notify us when they’re coming. They’ll ask when a good time might be and then just never notify us on the decided time. I’ve been in my underwear and just had repairmen walk into my house…

As for the inspections, there have been three already in 9 months and they give us less than 24 hours notice with a 9-6 window. They say it’s for insurance purposes but it seems like they’re just trying to catch people for breaking rental agreements. Just horribly inconvenient if you’re a normal person that works normal hours. God forbid we have to be away during the work day, then we just have to let some random inspector have access to our house and stuff?

We’ve asked for better communication repeatedly but I’m pretty sure none of their staff understand English properly. All we ask is to be notified when things are needed in a timely manner. Not the freaking day of. Horrible.

Graystone property management has been excellent. I had to change out my refrigerator and stove top. They contacted me with really great prices…had the vendors lined up and all completed within a week. Tenants were super satisfied no complaints. Timely responses, and they are fair. Also they are so confident in their services there is no termination fee if you have to leave (they tell you this up front because of great their customer satisfaction is) but great property management company, they’ve been managing my property for a few years now…5 stars I’d highly recommend.

Mohammed & team are ROCK STARS!! I live in AZ and I’m moving back to Florida so my situation was a little complicated because we had to do everything via text or email. I was never treated like an inconvenience, instead Mohammed and team made this transaction seem easy and without incident. They kept me in the loop, answered my questions after hours, and made it easy to trust them!
Graystone Property Management set the bar high! They will ALWAYS have my business, and if u want results, you will utilize their services too!!

Update: I appreciate Greystone reaching out to my response. However due to their multiple text emails and calls I had to block them due to harassment. Unfortunately they tried to bribe me by stating they would refund my application fees for all three of us in exchange for me removing my bad review of them. I refuse to do this because I feel that people need to know the truth.

Stay away from these people!! I live in Florida... relocating to Tampa and I found a a house advertised for rent under Graystone on zillow.I applied and put down my application fee.....I was not told that there were several people ahead of me. I later found out after asking .....Instead of weaning out the first person that applied I was told that the landlord would review everyone's applications together.

In the meantime Graystone continued to collect everyone's application fees that applied......the application fee for each individual was $85 .....after I was told that I did not get this particular property to appease me they offered me another property that was similar. They put my name on this property and of course same thing I was not first in line but was told the landlord would make a decision within a certain date. That date came and no word from agent....ai called and was told landlord didn't make decision yet.

Being on a deadline to get out of my home that I sold I went ahead and secured a rental in Spring Hill Florida with Resihome and had the best experience. Resihome was on top of their game and their communication was excellent. I researched this process and unfortunately it is legal what they are doing but I think it's wrong that they collect all these people's money and continue to advertise the property for people to tour and apply and collect these fees while applicants are still being reviewed. As far as communication being poor I was the one that was constantly having to call or text to get an update on what the process was.

Today I still have not heard about the second property whether or not I got it and to be honest even if they told me I did I wouldn't take it even though it's a beautiful property because who wants to deal with a landlord like these people.

Graystone has been a great experience. I have been renting here for 2 yrs. I have had a number of maintenance issues that Graystone has promptly resolved and corrected. Not bandaged. This has been refreshing. Especially when compared to my past experiences renting.

Gray Stone Property Management has done an OUTSTANDING job overseeing the maintenance, and rental requirements for my 83-year old mother's rental property. They are extremely responsive to all email and text requests and effectively manage the HOA dues, maintenance issues, and annual taxes without incident. I MOST STRONGLY RECOMMEND Gray Stone Property Management. Abhi, Valentina, and Carlo do an amazing job and are always professional, helpful, and highly knowledgeable!
