This bank does not honor verbal communication and does not know how to process a loan. Get EVERYTHING in writing. We refinanced and assumed the person processing our loan would get the total payoff amount from our previous loan. She did not. We had to pay 2 payments (our prior loan and current loan with GJHA) due to the fact we still owed money from our previous loan. We will never do business again with this bank.

After my credit union of 36 years was absorbed by this so called financial institution I have had nothing but negative experiences. From being treated like a second class citizen with a 30 minute wait while trying to conduct business at the drive through, an app that is barely functional, to never being able to reach anyone by phone. I closed all of my accounts and had to start over again at another credit union. Save your time and keep looking. There are better banks.

Horrible bank. Staff is rude and they clearly have no clue what they are doing. My family and I were without cards because of an error on their end. But yet we were expected to not be frustrated with the situation. They had no solutions outside of well we won’t charge you if you want to buy a prepaid debit card. Definitely leaving this bank and everyone I know who banks there is going to be doing the same. I highly advise not to bank here unless you want to deal with a bunch of issues and deal with rude ignorant people.

I opened a small business in April, wanted to bank locally to support other small businesses. I specifically asked if they have an app to use for Mobil banking. They said yes. They do not have an app they have online banking. Not the same. Every time I was In contact with a teller aside from closing my accounts, was met with rude behavior. I asked for a money bag for my business and was denied. I think they are great for individuals but has not been ideal for my 21st century business.

My bank merged to grand junction about 6 months ago or maybe more I’ve had absolutely nothing but trouble since then, Mobil banking app going down constantly, no one will answer the phone to help me check my balance. One time they even deposited my entire paycheck into someone else’s account and I didn’t notice untill 3 days later
