Feeling the residuals at the bldg where I live and Grady was recently fired from. Today’s hours-long water shut-off can be directly attributed to Grady’s mis-management in general; specifically, in the maintenance dept. Their 5 star reviews were clearly a campaign of sorts; residents who have been “managed” by Grady know, in reality, there should be a negative in front of the 5.

This place is a home away from home. It's peaceful, the residents are very appreciative of the things we do and the comfort in knowing that we work together to see better days.

Be prepared to be undertrained, have to work by yourself on multiple occasions in which case you’re undertrained and/or inexperienced and you have to figure things out on your own (which i did) be prepared to hit goals and not get paid on accomplishing those goals as well as working weekends, despite hitting goals of occupancy or whatever the case may be. Be prepared to do your work in advance and have it delayed due to employees/applicants alike. Also be sure to suck up to corporate employees. They will police your hair despite not having any right to. Seems more of targeted harassment than actual policy. I literally went to a corporate event and specifically asked the corporate trainer herself about the policies to which i was told it doesn’t matter and do what you want. Just to be written up after coming back to my home office the following day. Once again, this was a corporate event lol. Received info from a former coworker that employees will constantly gossip despite not pulling their weight or even coming to work but will blame you as a result of the impending troubles that come with that. Even if you have a favorable reviews from the property and help multiple people in different areas despite all this: being terminated and not being told why. Im not perfect however. I just like making sure people know what type of companies they will be associating themselves with. Residents at the property i was at dont like grady and i dont blame them honestly

If I could give no stars I would. They do not want to return people security deposits. It’s been 45 days an I still have not received what’s owed to me. I know they are full aware of the MD laws. I see they have been sued previously for the same exact thing. That will be my next step. They don’t return calls or answer emails. The absolute WORST.

If I could give this less than one star I would. My husband & I have been on this property for a little over 10 years. Every year it goes a little further downhill. That being said the property manager is so dismissive, rude, uncommunicative, unprofessional and disrespectful. I have never known anyone like her in my life. She speaks to everyone like we are beneath her. It seems like she is just here for a paycheck and not to do her job. This company took over this property sometime ago and yesterday was my first and last face to face with her. They did evictions yesterday (not me) and then sends out an email today to embarrass the people who were evicted. Very unprofessional. These people need to do a better job with the people who are supposed to communicate with their residents not people who sit in the office, if they bother to show up. This property is steady adding ways to supposedly better the apartments but haven't fixed what's already wrong. Shameful...

I live in Roanoke, Va and in the past several years unfortunately we had 3 different Mgmt Companies come in saying they were going to do such a good job for the people living in the Apts including taking care of any maintenance issues and landscaping. It never happened and Intermark was the WORSE!
Grady Mgt has gone above and beyond helping the tenants here given the huge mess they were given when they took over. That includes the staff in the office to the hard working maintanence staff that work so hard inside and outside the buildings. Speaking for myself and others they have done more than any other company that's been here in the 16 yrs i've lived here. They deserve a medal and an honorable mention which is the reason i decided to write this review. They deserve this and more!
