Horrible company, shame as we have used them for years. They didn’t pay attention to my taxes and got me audited for 40k additional 3 years later on very simple mistakes they THEY made Including writing off my entire rent instead of just office space and many other issues. Will never use again including me or my family. Used to be a good company when Goosby himself did the taxes but now family members handle taxes for them and best of the excuse was them being on strong medicine from a procedure and was tired and not thinking correctly. Wow. When I told them about the audit they were no help at all.

OH MY GOD THEY ARE THE BEST! I have never gotten such a large refund in my entire life. Normally we owe money, using TurboTax, but Mr. Goosby HOOKED IT UP! Can’t recommend highly enough! A coworker told me about him and I’m SO glad we went!!!

The Receptionist is Thee worst ever. My family has been going to Mr.Goosby for years and I called to schedule an appointment and she tried to force me to give an alternat contact then she went so far as to tell me that she was about to get upset because I didnt have another contact to give her. She was Very rude,disrespectful and hostile. I will never call this company to schedule to get my taxes done again if i have to go through of her.
