Bertha did my Tax return , Initially She charged me 230 but When My Tax Check was ready it was a lot of hidden fees!! I end it up Paying 294!! This Place Screwed you up Big Time!! Never going back to this Office!! They lost a Good Customer

Yester I went to pick up some papers that were left behind by my brother, Bertha was talking to a couple a few feet from me, as she noticed me and asked if she could help I said I'm here picking up some papers that my brother left behind, she said oh yes they are on my desk. Next i hear her say to the couple" this is what I was talking to you about, the guy's poblem" and told them the very specific problem that my brother is having with the IRS. I don't think that she should be talking about people's business, she should be more professional.
