This so-called "bank" is handling the Apple Pay Card. Horrific experience. The GS (Goldman Sachs) card processing algorithm is terribly flawed probably on purpose. They hold disputed card charges for up to 6 months and pretend they are still "processing." This results in a much lower credit card amount being actually available for purchases during that time. They also randomly and for no valid reason at all start holding your card payments for 7 or more days so that your available credit card balance again stays very low regardless of the higher card limit or always on time payments or good credit score. They kept me with $12.25 available balance on an outstanding Apple card balance $271.39 with no payments due and actual much higher credit card limit during the recent apocalyptic Los Angeles fires and evacuations even though all outstanding card balances were fully paid and processed already by my bank. How stupid, greedy and cruel can GS be? Complaints to GS go absolutely nowhere. Also complained previously twice to Apple with no response whatsoever. So, I had to close the card. Obviously, GS likes to hold your money so they can make money on it which is only possible if they do not allow you access to your otherwise available credit during the long holding period. Never again will have anything to do with GS.

If I could leave Zero stars I would. I have been an Apple Card customer since 2019. I used my Apple Card to purchase an AirBNB. I used it instead of my American Express Card believing I’d have better protection. WRONG, WRONG, WRONG!They have allowed AirBNB to take advantage. I have disputed it twice to which Apple has denied. I give up on both. I was forced to file a lawsuit against AirBNB. I paid off my Apple Card and closed my account. My advice, use a Credit Card company that is willing to stand up and protect its customers. Apple Card is not on your side.

Apple Card Installments is no longer available in the Apple Stores, according to the Manager in the Arden Mall store in Sacramento California due to Apple having a new contract. Now Customers must have wireless carrier installments. What’s the point of the Apple Credit Card.

Goldmans Sachs Bank, where is your contract with Apple stands

Simply Avoid. Depositing money and opening accounts is extremely easy with Goldman Sachs Bank. However, withdrawing those funds becomes a consistent nightmare. Many first line call center employees are little more than receptionists that always put you on hold while more knowledgeable employees (supervisors) either answer questions, research problems or finally take action.

Also, be careful linking a regional bank or smaller bank to your Goldman Sachs account. They will accuse you of using a business account, lock up your online access and then threaten to cancel outgoing transfers (Goldman Sachs to your Bank); even after you used that Bank to make the deposit. GS called my bank and after confirming it was a personal account, GS then tried to continue the lock/hold because they could not confirm age of my personal account. They said a bank statement would be needed...even though those documents normally never show an "opened date."

A promised credit to help ease the wasted time/energy of enduring multiple employee mistakes and broken promises has still not been added to my online savings account almost a week after offered. Other online banks offer similar or even better savings and CD rates. The only positive is the Marcus by GS website is simple and easy to use but again, others do the same.

received email of account review information. Had massive error of missing money. Spent 45 minutes on phone. Polite agent and polite supervisor admitted their error but it would be 3 to 4 days before they could send corrective email- I would just have to trust them. the bad email showing large missing balance offered cds at previous terms. Turns out that to was false rate dropped almost 2 points. will probably move account. All this occurred during business day

I have requested a zero balance letter and talked to 6 people in 10 days after waiting up to 2 hours and a half on the phone. I need the letter. Still waiting. Anyone can recommend a way of getting it.

I have never had any dealings with this company, but they sent me a letter saying that my loan was not approve. If they don't call and correct this, I will seek legal representation to take appropriate action.
