I recently had a fantastic experience refinancing my auto loan with Goldenwest Credit Union! From start to finish, Leon took the time to explain the process clearly, and answered all the questions I had. His kindness and professionalism made the experience not only easy but enjoyable. Also, a young lady, who I think was named mary, offered me a bottle of water while I waited. So nice!
I highly recommend Goldenwest Credit Union if you're in need of an auto loan. Great rates and great service! Five stars for sure!

Came in today to ask some questions and get some details about utilizing a HELOC loan. Walked in and a very pleasant associate gave a warm welcome and asked if she could help my needs. I was curious about the HELOC loan and she directed me to talk to the manager.

I sat down and waited for the manager for a couple of minutes and was told he would be out to help me after he was supposedly on the phone. In the meantime I sat and waited and witnessed a gentleman on the computer in a office type room. I could see him visibly just sitting on his computer , not on the phone.

I waited for 15 minutes and decided to leave. The nice lady gave me the manager's business card and surely enough, it was the guy just sitting on the computer, not on the phone. I think his name was Leon or something like that. Is he the only person that knows about HELOC loans in the whole institution? Thanks Leon, hope your computer commitment was worth it, because I'm not coming back

I came in to this location to finalize a car loan with the Assistant Manager, Tiffany. She walked me through every step as she explained everything that I didn't understand and answered all of my questions. Not only was Tiffany extremely helpful, she also made me feel so comfortable and like I was talking to a friend. I was so impressed by the service I received here. If you need a car loan, ask for Tiffany to help you!!

Hi my name is Tom I have been going to Golden west for several months now and every time I go in im met by someone with a smile and a great greeting they always are so nice and take care of me right away I get great service from the cashier maryn she is the one I see every time I go in and I enjoy talking to her she is prompt and takes care of my withdrawals for me fast I enjoy having conversation with her it makes me feel so comfortable and that I'm not just a customer she makes me feel like a friend or even family the manager Leon has helped me to get a account and he has gone the extra mile for me I've had some difficult times and Leon has helped me so I can get through these times now with this account he helped me get I really appreciate all the hard work he's done for me it really makes me feel great when I go in to Golden west in Springville because I know I'm get the best service from all of the people there the guy that help with the paperwork for account David Yost was very knowledgeable and answered allg questions and really helped me understand everything I jad to sign and read he made the process go so smoothly and made the experience all that much better the people at Golden west are the best in the business i will be recommending them to all my family and friends or anyone else who needs bank account all of them make me very happy that i chose Golden west and i look forward to doing more business with them they are the best

I worked with Mikaila at this branch about a Powersports loan and she was absolutely incredible to deal with. She was very polite, beyond informative, and explained everything. Most of all she went above and beyond and made sure all the forms were available for registering it and had everything possible done on her end to make it a super easy process. I can’t begin to express how much I appreciated her help with everything. Best customer service I have ever had!
