Omg on a one to ten score I give them well her a twenty I recently had my car stolen and in order to get a rental had to open a checking account....after having one problem after another with the rental car progress I went to golden 1.....I had been having a horrible week prior and was just mentally and emotional drained then I met o chana marchall services rep named chana Johnson Marshall and she made my entire attitude change she went above and extremely beyond to assist me opening checking account but also being a warm caring person who listened as I vented about my horrible week we were successful at establishing my account and locking in my rental after a week of nothing but problems but much more then that she is a kind professional awsome and I give her a 100 on a scale of one to ten......I can't even begin to put into words how she made my entire outlook better....this woman is awsome..you make the world a better place

This branch operates on a slooww schedule. Apparently, their staff needs more training.

8/13/2021 visit update
Nothing has change. Staff on schedule: 1 teller, 2 bankers, and a manager. Both bankers and teller are busy but the manager is free. Yet she can’t help me? I would switch bank if I was not with G1 for over 15 years.

I have been a member this credit Union for 5 years and channelled some $850,000 of salary through it, and the one time I need a lousy $8000 loan for medical expenses I get turned down.

The denial of my application was so fast I know no person looked at it, just run through some loan software. Well if you're not even going take time to think about the specific situations of members you keep saying you value so much, what is the point of you?

The whole point of credit unions after the 1929 crash was to help regular people get loans easier because banks focused on the wealthy.

But now I may as well sign up with Bank of America or Capital One, because I don't see a credit union difference anymore. Goodbye Golden1.

PS Despite the answer from Golden 1 below its been 2 weeks and no one has had courtesy of call email or even a text. So much for valued customers taking my salary to Cap One banking.

As of August 26, no one ever contacted me.

As of September 2024, no on3 has ever contacted me....

My experience with this branch several years ago, was horrible. The outside ATM was filthy and broken. And as I entered the lobby, the single teller looked up and gave me the "evil eye". I have been driving the 22 miles to the Napa location for years now. Well worth the trip. And...it seems like things will never change at this location.

Only 3 people working when I came in. 1 teller working with a customer who has a long transaction, the other one doing something else then left even though there's a long line and we've been waiting for almost 30 min. The other one, maybe an acting manager, is with another customer in his office, taking too long, you can hear them just chatting. Finally, another teller came back from lunch and the line started to move. No one even apologized for the long wait even though a customer went to the teller to ask what's wrong and was told one teller is off. The customer left. I would have left too, but my transaction had to be done today. Poor customer service overall. Some tellers are good if they are there.

It's the 1st of the month the line is out the door and they have two cashiers. This bank is useless. I had to make another review because it's April 3 2023 and 10:10am and they have a line to the door and TWO TELLERS!!! While two other women sit around doing nothing having a whole conversation. They need to hire more and better workers.
