Everytime I come to this branch you only have 2 tellers working and an long line. I am tired of being told to use online services . If I wanted online services I would of already signed up for one. I have been an member since 1983 but an looking into other alternatives. GOLDEN ONE IS DEFINITELY NOT SO GOLDEN ANYMORE

Possibly the worst branch. You want to stay in line for hours than chose to come here. Ever single time I come here I have to wait at least 45 minutes in line before being served. They have 7 teller stations but only using 2 or three stations. Lines exceeding out the main door. Very slow customer services provided. You can’t expect in and out here. Please be prepared to wait and get miserable. If this branch is always very busy I think Golden 1 should consider hiring more tellers or do something different to better serve community in this area.

There is always a line out the door regardless of what day. Looked at reviews and see the same complaint from so many other members. Golden 1's responses to these complaints are all the same, stating to use their online services (like it's all the customer's fault for showing up to their location). Contrary to their responses they don't care about your time because if they did they would staff during their peak business hours to at least have people wait in their building. They closed the Laguna location because there wasn't enough business there (at least that was their claim). Now this location is out of control because they seemingly never added staff to accomodate the closure. To be clear the tellers are typically quick and effienct, there's just not enough on staff when they need it. By the way, I took the time to write this review while in line because I clearly had plenty of time. Thanks Golden 1 for allowing me that I suppose, because clearly you don't value your member's time or your employee's. 🤷‍♂️

Erika was very helpful in seeing that my transaction was finalized, without an appointment she took it upon herself to see that I was seen in the shortest amount of time waiting, which is appreciated. Even though the reason for my visit was not in her every day line of duties, she was very helpful and diligent. Thank you

This place always has a line out the Door and have the same two ladies working as tellers. while everyone elde who works ther walks by and laughs at the people waiting in line with no regards to the long lines that have formed I've waited for an hour before. This is by far the worst experience I have every month.
