My concern for future visits is the parking. There is no free parking compared to Chase next door who provides parking for their customers. Overall the visit was quick however I most likely will not return.

We have banked with Golden 1 since 2008 when we opened our account while living in Sacramento. We have always have had great service at any branch or when calling into the customer service line. The only issue I have with this branch is the lack of parking, which can be challenging. It would be great if there was another ATM locally or network ATM that we could use without incurring fees. Everyone within the branch has consistently been friendly and professional.

Worst customer service ever. Especially this branch location. They have the rudest teller’s and management is pathetic. They definitely couldn’t care less about their customers. Looking forward to finding a new bank and canceling my account.
Update: I posted this 4 weeks ago and Golden 1 was quick to try and save face on reviews with a response here. I responded to their response. In typical Golden 1 fashion there was no real response to this issue. All I can say is that I am glad to no longer be a member or a customer of this horrible credit union. Save yourself a lot of headaches and BANK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

The ATM machine took my money then printed out a receipt saying the machine has a “technical problem” and when I went inside the bank, they would not give me any of the money that was stuck in the machine because they said a different merchant owns that ATM machine. This has happened MULTIPLE times.

Been with my bank since 2014 and the tellers are super sweet the only down side is that we only have one golden1 bank but definitely recommend banking with them

I wish I could rate this branch & company negative stars. My parents went in to open an account today with an ESCROW check and they were declined service. As a banker the reasoning they were given for declining services makes ZERO sense to me. They treated my parents terribly. My mom was crying and very shaken because they treated them as if they were fraud. My parents are from California and just moved back and they were so excited to have a local CU again and be back in California. There is absolutely nothing this company can say to my parents or myself to ever earn our business again. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
