This was the best experience I’ve had with an insurance company. Not only did I appreciate the easiness and swiftness of my call with these guys, I saved OVER 50% with switching from my previous insurance to State Farm. Even with all the money I am saving, my deductible and coverages are 10 times better. It’s also nice to speak to a REAL person and not have to deal with nonsense procedures on getting an auto quote. Glen and his staff are the absolute best. Every time I call, they are beyond helpful and friendly. Today, I had a long conversation with Glen regarding a claim that I needed to file and he was kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Even during what I would consider to be a stressful time he had me laughing on the phone. He set my expectations as to how the claim would work, gave his expert advice and even offered services that would be beneficial to me in the future. Services I might add, I didn’t know were available. I’ve been with State Farm for well over a decade, and Glen and his staff are by far the best group that I’ve been assigned to.
