Called the branch to inquire about buying out my lease that is currently financed through the credit union. Jeanne from the Secor branch went above and beyond to have the staff who handles those loans send me the information I requested. A few hours later she Called me back to make sure all my questions were answered. It was today, Friday at 5:24 pm. Glad to see good customer service still exist in some people. GREAT JOB JEANNE...

I am a local business owner and am required to make large deposits to do business. I am forced to wait up to 7 days to have access to my deposit because of their "policies". Glass City FCU is not small business friendly. I brought contracts and proof the funds were available and they still will not remove the block from my deposits. The bank manager argued with me that it's only 5 days hold but they don't count weekends so either way its 5 business days plus 2 weekend days, so 7 days. As soon as possible I will be taking my business to a larger institution that I can trust has my best interests at heart. Very upset and disappointed.

Came in to make changes to my account today. Talked to Megan at the counter, I felt like I was bothering her, she was very rude,,. Like talking to a bratty little child. I said something to the lady in the office when she called us in, she said she was sick and maybe thats why she was that way. I said well if it affects her job that poorly she should go home. She didn't seem sick while interacting with her coworker. Bedside that, the phone rang nonstop while the two employees sat and talked. The only reason I left a review is because it seems to be a regular thing according to the reviews that really needs to be addressed. This is not my first experience with her so I'm not sure that the being sick excuse is really the case.

Had an account since I was 18, everyone was so nice, then one day I went in(about 20years later)and they changed everyone. New people new attitude. Didn't feel friendly anymore. I switched banks. I worked for a major corporation and half the people there banked at glass city, so we called and asked for am ATM. They said it wouldn't be profitable for them. We had over 850 employees.. long story short jeep credit came and put one in for free and that's when I started seeing these changes in glass city..wouldn't recommend going to this bank if you want kind people..or a bank that values you...thanks Kerri k for an unpleasant experience.

This credit union discriminates against people who don't worship.work or go to school in Lucas co.i did not know this before I went there.i work at ford motor company and was trying to open a account.with a $2000 check.but because I didn't worship,reside,in the county I got turned away.these people there were rude and stupid with me.im over it and I will 5ake my money els where.i recommend everyone else do the same.

Karen at the Secor branch is an absolute gem of a person! Any questions or issues I've ever had in the 7 years I've been going there she has ALWAYS fixed. She is a beam of light in an otherwise gloomy experience!

Love this credit union. I go to the secor location. The staff is absolutely amazing! They're the best group of people you can have working ANYWHERE! So friendly and sweet and they treat you like family... even my dog is taken care of there! 😁 I just love it

This credit union GLASS CITY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION let's people fraudulently take money out of your account!!! DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. They don't even give you or tell you to call and make a claim for YOUR MONEY WHEN YOU TELL THEM SOMEONE IS STEALING FROM YOUR ACCOUNT!!!!!! THEY ACT AS IF YOU ARE LYING! They charge you a fee for not having enough money in your savings account. But you would have enough money in your savings if they stop taking money out of your checking account (WITHOUT TELLING YOU) for fraudulent charges. ALSO IF YOU PAY FOR ACCOUNT PROTECTION YOU ARE BEING ROBBED BY GLASS CITY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION. THEY DO NOT MONITOR OR CARE ABOUT YOUR ACCOUNT WITH THEM. THEY ARE THIEVES! Your account will say you have money in it but when you swipe your card its declined!!!! THIS PLACE WILL EMBARRASS YOU SOOOO BAD. THEY DESERVE A -0 ☆ shame on this place.
