The actual people I deal with for maintenance and setting up maintenance are always helpful. The landlords on the other hand .not so much. They will try to skim by and fix everything with the least of money. Don't get me wrong things get fixed..but sometimes just not properly. Because they do not and will not spend any extra money unless it's an actual emergency. I've had the plumbers and maintenance people tell me this multiple times. Anyways, the managers are nice and get things done in a timely manner though. Just the actual people that own the condo or apartment are not very good.

My fiance and I were up to renew our annual lease and things were a bit complicated due to our error in our email accounts.The nicest lady ,Massie,guided me thru to get it all straightened out.She was very kind,patient and professional.We were late signing our lease but she was so understanding.She fixed it all up and we are so happy for that.She never kept me waiting all day Her response was always right away.Thats important to me and I thank her so much.Thank you again Massie.You are so kind!!

Vanny was so great! She was attentive, kind and easy to communicate with! Unfortunately, I didn’t have the capability to move in as soon as I thought, she was very understanding and withdrew my application without hesitation. She also offered to update me on properties that would better suit my needs which is super helpful. Hunting for a new home can be such a pain and I am really grateful she’ll still be available to help me out.

I went to rent a unit from this place and I have never had Better Service in my life. Vanny was absolutely Amazing Above and Beyond!!! Not only did she respond quickly, she was very kind, polite, knowledgeable and even helped me by contacting my housing specialist for section 8 for me . Even when my housing specialist wasn't answering, Vanny didn't give up. She contacted me and asked me if I had her email so she could get ahold of her. You we're very pleasant to deal with . Wish all property management was like this.

Thank you Vanny for not giving up , going the extra mile and treating me like family instead of just another number.
