She TOTALLY screwed us. She lied, in a text and email, that she had filed our taxes. We went to another accountant who had to completely redo everything, and fix the mess with the little that was done. We were also fined by the IRS around $3k for not filing, which was news to us as she stated it had been done. We have several formal complaints into the IRS, though slow, will likely result in the redaction of her license. We provided a good bit of documentation proving that she lied perpetually to us. This was a couple of years ago. I cannot believe this company is still in existence. Simply a horrible person that compulsively lies, and lied perpetually in a professional relationship. I'd give negative stars if it was possible. I really do hate to leave this kind of review, but people have to know.

Worst experience I've ever had with a professional. After last year's deadline, I repeatedly asked her office for my tax returns. I kept being told they would be sent to me soon. It wasn't until October that I found out she had filed an extension and not submitted them yet. When she finally did them, they were riddled with mistakes that I asked her to correct. This was not done in a timely manner. She then told me that she filed the taxes, which was not true. When I kept asking her about, all communication stopped. My phone calls, texts, and emails went unanswered. I ended up being hit with quite a bit of money in penalties. Thankfully, I was able to find a quality CPA to come in and fix all of these mistakes. Dealing with this company was so stressful and frustrating. The other reviews listed here tell me that I am not alone.

I can not recommend this company anymore. First year we thought was a fluke that our taxes were incorrect. This year was worse and I can not get anyone to return my calls to discuss the issues. After multiple calls about my taxes not showing up for the IRS, no return calls until we made an appt that got cancelled. I was told they were sent in but not received. Then another employee finally told me that our taxes were stuck in their system and were never sent. Long story short I had to pay almost $1000 for late fees! Very unhappy!

Worst experience ever! Started the process of filing my taxes 6 months ago. No phone calls. No messages. They stated my return was filed but then checked with the Colorado Department of Revenue only to be told that they were not filed. Worst customer experience ever and cannot trust their word that they even filed.

irst off, I hate doing taxes. Not sure there are many out there that do, but there have been tax professionals that I have worked with who have made me hate the process even more. Then I met Kelli. Working with her made the process a lot less annoying. In fact I feel it was actually quite enjoyable because of who Kelli is. Kelli is SO not your typical accountant/tax person and I strongly suggest using her for all of you tax and accounting needs!

There are a lot of people who hang out the single of "tax preparer", however Kelli is the real deal: experienced, knowledgeable, qualified and certified. If you follow her advise, and get your information to her in a timely and organized manner, she will save you money! However, if you find yourself in a bit of a mess, Kelli is the one you want to help you out. She's worth the investment!
