This is the worst commercial property management company in South Florida. I just moved in and they replaced my old 15 ton a/c unit with a ten ton unit. I tried to get them to fix if and for two months they did everything in their power not to fix the problem. Alex and Lisha are two very unprofessional people. They are the heads of the property management. They lie and make up whatever it takes to support their interests. No integrity. They don’t care about their tenants. I’ve only been here 3 months and already the relationship is bad

After falling six months behind. This company did eventually pay in full for services rendered. One star because why do business like this?

Dina Bartoletta.. Very rude, impatient, and unprofessional. If you are trying to rent a property from them, I would strongly advise against it. Every interaction we’ve had with her has implied she is either racist or just doesn’t care. There are better places to rent from for the same price in Miami. At all costs, avoid this property management company. It will save you so many headaches. Also, scroll down and read the other reviews. It has 2 stars for a reason!

Apparently this company thinks they can steal from people with absolutely no consequences. Not here though! Reporting them for fraudulent check writing and filing a report with the police tomorrow! Back story: they wrote a check for our deposit- check bounced. Sent another check- second check bounced. Fees incurred from bad checks were DOUBLE our deposit. Since then they have ignored us in every possible way.

I would not work with this company. Dina Bartoletta does not communicate, and will not keep in contact with you during the process of finding a property and will ghost you. I have called her several times to get in contact and she will just ignore your calls and texts. I do not recommend working with this company, as they are highly unprofessional. Please work with another investment property company.

This is one of the worst companies imaginable, terrible service!!! Also, Adam Landa is a real prick, he is one of their leasing agents who wont give u the time of the day, he is super rude and has a terrible attitude. People like Adam wont help u and literally would scream on the phone calling you stupid for asking questions. He was no help whatsoever in trying to find a commercial space. Im pretty sure the guy is racist as well with the comments he was making about hispanics and black people. Mr. Landa wont acknowledge you as a human being and does not care to help you. Beware of him as he is representative of the terrible company culture!

Needed to reach Accounts Payable. They were very helpful once I got through. She did exactly what she promised. Missing a star because it took over two months to resolve.

This company is a managerial mess from top to bottom. It is a shame because they are responsible for some of the nicer, more affordable properties in the area.

I had the experience of renting at one of their properties for one year. In that time, the building went through 3 separate property managers. The first set of property managers (a pair of women whose names I cannot recall) were serviceable. They helped where they could. Although one seemed ruder and less capable than the other (thus causing one in the pair to do most of the work), the general consensus of the residence in the building was they got the job done. I would say the worst experience I had this pair of property managers was when one of the new residents moved into the building and was not told we had assigned parking spots. The spot he ended up arbitrarily picking was my spot. I ended up resolving the issue by calling the towing company and having the vehicle removed. Property management failed more him than me there in my opinion, yet both nonetheless.

One day about four months into my lease, I sent an email to both property managers. I received a bounce back stating that the email addresses no longer exists. It was also around the time that new water meters were installed in the property. It went from "water was included" to "you have to pay water monthly" halfway through my lease (don't know if that's allowed or not but I didn't see an issue with it at that time). At this point, it was when my experience with the company became one they could no longer redeem themselves in my eyes.

My first water bill came in around 70-80 dollars a month. Mind you, I am a single male who tends to eat out a lot and with no washer or dryer in the unit, so the bulk of my water consumption is showering, brushing my teeth, and flushing the toilet. Naively and not bothering to fully read what I was being charged, I paid the first month off believing it is some sort of initial utility fee. Until my next bill came around, and was again for 70-80 dollars. I begin to ask my neighbors how much they pay and consume. They gave me the impression I consumed less, yet I was paying way more. One of my neighbors even checked my apartment with me. We turned off all the water valves to make sure there were no leaks, and the water meter was still steadily rising. By that point, I engaged the new property managers with my concerns. They stated they will "look into the issue and get back to me." A week passed and they never did. My water bill again abnormally high. I was expected to pay almost 200 dollars worth of water consumption for only 2 months worth of use. Again, I reached out to the new designated property managers (this time by phone) and they would " look into the issue and get back to me." I heard from said property managers a week later with a notice on my door saying I am in violation of my lease for not paying my water bill (the one I informed them of and they would "look into for me").

At this point, I decided to place a call to their main office to explain my side of the story again. The person who attended basically told me in an apathetic tone "I cannot help you. Call back later." I would call the phone number to my property manager again. I would not get an answer or a call back about my situation. I finally decided to call a separate phone number they have designated for prospective lessees. When I got another prompt for a voice mailbox, I decided to forgo leaving a message and just hang up. Within 5 minutes of placing that call, I received a call back from leasing agent seeing if I was interested in renting one of their properties. In an abrasive manner, I reminded the leasing agent I was already leasing from them, yet I could not get the adequate service I needed to attend to the issues I had through the proper channels provided (i.e. I read the kid the Riot Act).
