No consideration for disabled people. Parked in the lane for the handicapped spot. My husband could barely get out of the car. Luckily, he does not have a wheelchair. Gary is inconsiderate of disabled.

Insurance rates fluctuate all the time, randomly going up. The sticker shock is legit. Gary however is always there to explain and then find a way to help you save. He truly cares about his customers. The guy is an Insurance Rockstar.

Nice people, but it shouldn’t take nearly two days and be so stressful to just simply add a vehicle to your coverage. After my wife was notified repeatedly that I needed to call them to add a car to our policy I tried all day just to get someone to answer the phone or return my call with no reply. I finally just gave up and called the State Farm 800 customer service number and did it through them and ended up with a cheaper payment and am giving it a try with a new agent. I think proper communication between the business and consumer was lost through a language barrier. In my 30 plus years with State Farm I have never been as frustrated over something that should have taken 10 minutes.
