I called the office because of a letter I received from State Farm regarding one of my policies. Sharon was quick to respond and assure me that she would help me out. With her focus on me as a customer, her knowledge of State Farm, and her prompt follow-up she corrected a policy error and let me know everything's okay. I truly appreciate Sharon's customer service because it's rare these days. Thank you!

I love State Farm 🤗 rates has always been great and they always find a way to save you more money verses other companies that try to drain your pockets. State Farm cares about their customers and their well being, they also understand the economy and life situations that we all go through and try to add a little comfort to their customers. I’ve been with State Farm for a few years and don’t see my self ever going anywhere. Jennifer Lyons❤️ has been my angel and I love her whole soul!!! That woman deserves an award for all her hard work, compassion, caring, understanding, patience etc….. I could go on for days about her and all she has done for and how she is always available for me when I need her. If standing on business was a person that would be Jennifer Lyons and I thank her and State Farm from the bottom of my heart!!!!

My wife and I have been customers for 3 years. We both have clean driving records, no tickets no accidents. Lately I've been quite upset with State Farms clock-work like policy of raising my premiums every 6 months. I mean, I get it. I see the idiots out on the roads every day. How-ever, don't punish people that are driving sensibly! This has upset me to the point of searching for a new Insurance company. That changed today when I talked to Jennifer at State Farm. I had the idea that maybe I could lower the coverage on one of my vehicles down to liability and lower my rate. That's where Jennifer came in . After taking the time to listen to me rant, she made it a point to review my policy. Now, not only was I able to maintain full coverage on all my policies, I have a more reasonable rate. Thank goodness there are still people like Jennifer in this crap economy willing to go that extra mile and do her job the way it should be done.

Wind and hail damage from storms to roof ,state farm says normal wear and tear on a 14 year old roof even though westlake had 80mph winds during the tornado outbreak Aug 6th 2024 do not use state farm they are infamous for denying claims,they might be ok for auto insurance but for homeowners when it comes to storm damage to a roof forget about it they are so bad there's a I HATE STATE FARM FACEBOOK PAGE,on top of that they canceled my policy because of storm claim,will be filing a formal complaint with the state of Ohio insurance board.Look to Grange ins. Instead my nieghbor had damage from same storm on Aug 6 his roof 30 years old they had new roof installed within 6 weeks.
