I could not recommend this team enough! I worked with Heather from Lisa office, and simply put, she was amazing. I was buying my first car, coming off my parents insurance and Heather broke everything down for me so that I could understand each and every option. She was super quick to respond to emails and every time we spoke on the phone she was so nice and genuinely cared about making sure I understood what coverage I was getting. She sent several emails breaking all the numbers down which is exactly what I asked for! Insurance always sounded like a scary and confusing process to me, but Heather made each step super easy and seamless. She was involved in the process of me buying my first car and was so excited for me! After everything was figured out, Heather sent all my information in the mail with a hand-written note congratulating me on buying my first car. Heather is amazing! With most vendors of insurance it is a service rendered. With Lisa Fuller insurance it is a relationship and I’m my case a relationship that has spanned almost 15 years. The service is exceptional and a given but the relationship is the icing on the cake. Awesome service at Fuller & Associates Insurance! Personable, friendly, knowledgeable and Rock Stars in their field! I know that's an odd thing to say about insurance, but, they explained to me why my previous car insurance policy was grossly incorrect for my vehicle and for my work situation. Also, they discovered that an insurance claim from my previous car insurance showed I was in an "at fault" accident. It was 4 am, and my car was parked in a residential neighborhood on approved street parking, and someone hit it. Thankfully that person left an apology note with their contact info. Clearly that was not my fault. I never would have know, it it wasnt for Fuller doing their due diligence. My car insurance rate was lowered, and I chose to get my home owners insurance policy with Fuller, as well. THANK YOU FULLER!
