I had a great 2.5 years renting from full time management. Throughout my time living in their building, Mimi, Hendy, and Neil all helped tremendously. As long as you make monthly payments on time and treat their property with respect, they will always be responsive and receptive to assisting you. Perhaps most importantly to most NYC renters, I received my security deposit back promptly after move out once my unit passed a straight forward inspection with the superintendent. The NYC real estate market is so stressful - it was a relief to stumble upon a management company that actually takes pride in their work and makes a good faith effort to accommodate their tenants.

I’ve lived in this managements buildings for over 7 years. They have always been responsive and reasonable when it comes to rent, maintenance tickets and general inquiries/complaints. I just resigned my lease yet again and I am grateful to have found one of the rare management companies in NYC who takes care of their loyal tenants. Shout out to Mimi, Pessy and Ari for always being on top of things.

I had a great experience living at 146 Meserole St. Never had any maintenance issues or issues with management. Everyone in the building was very nice and enjoyed using the amenities the building offered.

Never have I ever had a worse experience with a building management/leasing company!! The women that run the office always sound like you've woken them up from a deep sleep when they finally answer the phone. And then dont process your paper work until you repeatedly call and check to make sure they did. Took 2 months and repeated phone calls for me to get my security deposit back. DON'T WORK WITH THEM! Holes in the ceiling, uneven floors, super who never really fixes anything! Their buildings are run down, bug ridden and overpriced!

Lived in 17 Monitor for 2 years and had a great experience. Good amenities and FullTime Management was always helpful with requests - especially Mimi and Ari.

It’s rare to find property management companies that are timely and get things done so it was a great experience living here.

Be kind and reasonable with them, and they will always try to help you out as quick as possible.

Terrible management company. Lousy, unfriendly, uncooperative staff. Did not address my maintenance requests at any point. They made it a hassle to collect my security deposit.

Renters BEWARE! This management company is disgraceful. Since day one of move in to 74 Maujer (or attempt to move in, as we could not get a hold of anyone on the day our lease was set to start) we have had an utterly horrifying experience with the building and management.

Not only are the management team unresponsive to maintenance issues —from a light fixture that has been neglected to be fixed since moving in 11 months ago to a leaking ceiling that was simply just painted over— but they are unbelievably rude on the phone when you are trying to get answers about bare minimum requests. I have been hung up on by the receptionist more than once. No one responds to emails unless they are trying to chase you down to sign another year lease. Seriously, good luck if you have any sort of maintenance issue. They will send you on a wild goose chase with the ticket portal, where if you submit a request and you are lucky enough to even receive a response, you get directed to call the super who is just impossible to pin down.

It’s a straight up con that they market and price their properties as a “luxury”. Do not be fooled by the photos that are posted in the listings, they are outdated and deceitful.

Mimi has been nothing but amazing with our time on N Henry St. We really loved our apartment and they let us renew our lease with ease. Highly recommend renting with Full Time.
